Child safety standards
IDLING is committed to keeping minors off the platform and to responding quickly when child-safety risks are reported. These standards support store and platform child-safety requirements.
18+ only — no minors
IDLING is for adults aged 18 and over only. We do not allow users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Accounts that appear to belong to someone under 18 will be removed.
Report under-18 use
If you believe a user is under 18, or you see content involving a minor:
- Use the in-app Report tools immediately; and/or
- Email support@idlingapp.com with any useful details (usernames, screenshots if appropriate).
Do not engage further with the account if you suspect it belongs to a minor.
Block
You can block users in the App so they can no longer contact you. Blocking is available alongside Report and does not replace reporting under-18 or abusive behaviour when those apply.
Human review within 72 hours
Reports related to under-18 users, child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), or other child-safety concerns are subject to human review. We aim to review and take action within 72 hours of receipt, and sooner when severity or legal duties require it. Actions may include content removal, account suspension or ban, and referral to authorities where required by law.
Zero tolerance
We have no tolerance for sexualisation of minors, grooming, or any content or conduct that exploits children. Such material is prohibited and will be actioned.
